Item Pickup

You will be notified when your purchase is ready for pick-up at Congregation Har Shalom, 725 W. Drake Rd., Fort Collins, CO 80526. 

For the next few months, Har Shalom office hours are Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9:00am to 12:00pm. If pick-up during office hours is not feasible, please contact info@nocojudaica.com for options. 

Items not picked-up within 10 days, will be returned to inventory.  

Return Policy

Returns are available for refund thirty days from date of purchase. We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened and unused. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. Returns can be initiated by using the contact form on the NoCo Judaica website. 

We do not accept returns for food items.

If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. If your item has been returned by mail, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it and are processing your request. 

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
